USPS Releases Working Dog Stamps

Last week the United States Postal Service issued their latest collection of Forever stamps, with a salute to our nation’s military and working dogs.

In honor of our nation’s brave and loyal canines, each booklet will contain an image of a German Shepherd, Dutch Shepherd, Labrador and Belgian Malinois. Dogs have been essential memnbers of our military armed forces and have served alongside soldiers since World War I. Today, the 341st Training Squadron at Lackland Air Force Base outside of San Antonio, TX, trains military dogs and their handlers.
