As a natural extension of my two most favorite things - the wellbeing of dogs and deepening the human/pet relationship - I’m proud to offer important support systems based on my 20 years of experience. I created these offers based on exactly what I needed as a busy professional, multiple pet owner, and human who sometimes just gets sucked into the overwhelm. Who can relate?

In-Home Support

I jokingly refer to myself as “the doggie assistant,” a term I came up with a few years ago when I was looking for a unicorn to help me manage my own life. I had recently adopted a dog and then started a new job just a few weeks later. Juggling Max’s integration into the family and new work responsibilities was challenging. I needed help - and fast! After a few failed attempts at finding someone who could work with my schedule, wasn’t afraid of my big boys and offered support beyond dog walking services (what the heck was I supposed to do if it was raining?), I knew that I couldn’t be alone - that other pet owners must be feeling the same pain.

I created a plan and service that gives dogs the attention, care, exercise and enrichment they need, allowing YOU the space and freedom to tackle your responsibilities with the peace of mind your baby is being well cared for. Don’t struggle to get through the day! Help is here.

A customized experience

When you work with me your dog gets a personalized session tailored to their age, breed, personality, temperament and wellness priorities. We’ll schedule visits of play, walking, light training or enrichment activities. I employ a variety of activities to help dogs stay engaged and active even when our South Florida weather makes outdoor time difficult or impossible.

Visits are 30 min for $40 or 1 hr for $75.

Behavior Consultations

The good news is, there’s almost always a valid reason and solution for troublesome behavior. Figuring it out however, is not always easy. I’ll help you get to the root cause of your dog’s unwanted behavior and translate it into human-speak.

Training vs. Behavior

Behavior experts help you figure out why your dog is choosing that path of expression so that you can employ the right technique to correct it. It’s the emotion underneath the action that I focus on.

As a German Shepherd owner, I’ve had my fair share of anxious, reactive and insecure dogs who I’ve seen thrive with the right training, structure, patience and of course, love. Working with your dog will deepen your understanding of their complex emotions and develop a deeper bond of trust and love.
